How To Get Ragnarok Mobile Gift Codes

As part of the open beta test of Ragnarok Mobile which started this March 1 2017, several gift codes are available to all players and  their respective characters. You do not need to visit the Star NPC on Prontera to claim the gifts. the items will be sent to you immediately and can be received by clicking the Red Chicken button at the top of your screen.

Items redeemed from the gift codes consists of usual consumable items like White Potions, Butterfly and Fly Wings, Kafra Cards, Gift Boxes, and more.

To get and redeem the Ragnarok Mobile gift codes, you need to

1. Go to this site

2. On the first box, enter your CHARACTER'S name. Take note - not username but character's name. This means you can get the items for all of your characters on your account.

3. On the second box, enter the gift codes which can be accessed from this site. Enter the codes one by one and you will receive the items directly to your chracter upon logging in! Rock on!

How to Unlock Ragnarok Mobile Tower Mode 

Tower Mode is one of the most useful adventure skills that you can get on Ragnarok Mobile specially if you do a lot of AFK farming/ levelup.

Tower Mode allows you to let your character stand at a chosen location, attack any enemies that comes near to it, and get back to the original location afterwards. This is useful to avoid large mobs that you can encounter if you choose to roam the map while AFK, farm items as the drop will be near your location, and AFK farm with supports easily!

You need two things to unlock Tower Mode.

1. Obtain Surveyor Rank.

2. Reach Adventure Rank 5 - 9

Surveyor Rank

This is done by finishing the Surveyor Quest. Go to the map located at the west of Prontera and talk to the NPC located around South East of the map. He will ask you to kill 30 Rockers. Finish the quest to get Surveyor Rank.

 Adventure Rank 5 - 9

This can be easily done on early levels by completing location selfie quests around Prontera and Izlude, talk to all NPCs you can encounter, take selfie with mobs, and craft head gears that are available early game.

Once you get these two requirements, go to the north part of Prontera and talk to the Knight NPC. Buy the Tower Mode skill - the icon is the shape of a standing man with hands on his waist.

To activate Tower Mode, click the Auto Attack icon on the lower right part of your screen. There will now be 2 Check Box instead of 1. Tap the second check box to activate Tower Mode!

Adventure Skills is a unique level up system for Ragnarok Mobile. Skills help you level up, farm, take pictures, and unlock romantic gestures of your characters.

Romance Skills

Skills can be unlocked by talking to the Knight NPC at the topmost part of Prontera. Remember that skills can be unlocked by reaching certain Adventure Levels. (A to F). You can increase you Adventure Levels by:

1. Talking to NPCs

2. Killing mobs

3. Taking a selfie with monsters

4. Taking selfie quests of different locations.

5. Crafting head gears.

6. Collecting monster cards

Geffen Bard Story Quest is the 3rd story quest that you can unlock in  Ragnarok Mobile. The quest is available when you see the Harp Icon on your mini map. You also need to finish the Izlude Quest before you can unlock all the requirements for Geffen Bard Story Quest.

As usual, the quests involve bringing different items to the Bard NPC which in turn will give you a list of 3 monsters that you need to kill 300 times each. Remember that you only need to hit a monster once to register it as a kill.

1. Talk to the Bard NPC in Geffen.

2. Go to the Prontera Maze map and buy the first item. The item is used to mark the location of the Mandragons and cost 1,000 Zeny each.

3. Go to the Geffen Weapon NPC and buy the Mace item. It costs 9,000 Zeny.

4. Go the other Bard NPC on Geffen which has the Shop icon and buy the scroll. It costs 2,000 Zeny. You will need to complete the Izlude Bard Quest before you can buy this scroll.

5. Go back to the main Bard NPC and he will give you the task to kill 3 monsters 300x each. These are Axe Goblins, Steam Goblins, and Archer Goblins.

6. Go to the map located at the west of Geffen. All goblins can be found there.

7. Return to the NPC afterwards to  collect your rewards!

Izlude Bard Story Quest is the next Story Quest that you can unlock in Ragnarok Mobile. Items and monsters needed are a bit harder to find and kill compared to the Prontera Bard Story Quest. Here is a rundown of the  requirements and things you need to do to complete this quest.

1. Go to Izlude and speak to the Bard NPC. Quest is unlocked when you see the Harp Icon on your minimap.

2. Get the items required before the Bard NPC gives the list of monsters to kill. You will need some Poring Coins to buy these items.

Items Needed - Blink Recipe (88 Poring Coins), Hairband Recipe (88 Poring Coins), 30 Rotten Bandage (Poison Spore on Sunken Ship), 30 Gellopys (Hyrda), and 30 Memento Box (Skeleton on Sunken Ship)

3. After giving the items, the Bard will provide 3 monsters that you will need to kill 300 of each. These are Skeleton, Poison Spore, and Thara Frog. All of these can be found on the Sunken Ship and Ghost Ship.

4. Return to the Izlude Bard NPC afterwards to get your free items and zeny!

For every major city on Ragnarok Mobile, players can finish its own Bard Quest. These quests all include talking to the Bard on the city, collecting items for him, and killing 3 types of monsters for which you need to 300 per type. Finishg the quest is quite rewarding as you will get items needed to craft weapons and equipment, bonus EXP, and zeny.

The first Bard Quest you can finish is the Prontera Quest.

1. Talk to the Bard at Prontera located on the left portion of the map near the portal.

2. Let him tell his story which is hard to understand if you don't know Chinese.

3. He will ask for 3 different items - 1 blue gemstone, 1 Yggdrasil leaf, and 5 flywings. All of these are available on the merchant NPC near to the right side of the Bard NPC.

4. Return to the Bard. He will ask you to kill 300 Rocker, 300 Willow, and 300 Yoyo. All of this are located on the left map of Prontera.

5. You only need to hit each monsters once for it to count. Monsters killed by your party mates are also counted. Return to the Bard after killing all 900 monsters and get your rewards. For Prontera quest this include unlocking the first set if craft-able equipment on the Blacksmith NPC at the lower right part of Prontera. These items are extremely useful when starting the game.

Ragnarok Mobile is the newest addition to the Ragnarok franchise. The game is made for mobile devices but can also be played on computers using Android Emulators. With over a million downloads, you can now enjoy Ragnarok wherever and whenever you like!

Ragnarok Mobile Registration For Android

1. Ragnarok Mobile APK can't be downloaded using Google Play Store. Instead you have to use China's own version called Taptap to download  the game.

2. Go to https://www.taptap.com/app/7133.

3. Click the Android icon. This will install Taptap to your phone. Let it run the APK file.

4. Open the Taptap app and the Ragnarok Mobile installer will be listed on the top. Let it download and install the files which is approx 600 MB in size.

5. You need to have more than 2 GB free space on your phone!

6. The game should run and patch automatically.

6.1 Shows the percentage of your current downloads/
6.2 Current number of the file being downloaded
6.3 Total number of files that need to be download for your patch.

7. Once  you reach this screen, your game has been patched.

8. Time to register for your account. The easiest way is to use XD.com option.

Click on the button at the lower right of your screen.

Click again the button at the lower right.

Input your preferred Ragnarok Mobile username and password, and click the large button below to confirm.

Answer the captcha.

9. And you are now registered to the game! Click on the Chinese text at the middle for your screen. This will redirect you to the Character creator and selector menu.
